As always in the case of Andalusian fortified wines, it is a gift. This wine is made by an emblematic winery of the appellation and using a selection of Pedro Ximénez grapes. It is aged by the traditional system of criaderas and soleras. The result is a wine with an oily and rustic touch on the nose that gives it personality. The nose brings us the aromas of flower veil, almond and dried flowers. The palate is dry, sharp and with pleasant bitterness in its long finish.

Bruno Colomer is the producer of this fruity white wine, dominated by the Chardonnay grape and seasoned with the floral notes that the Gewürztraminer gives it. In the mouth it is fluid and sweet in the palate, with good acidity and a perfumed finish.

The Rivero family is responsible for the production of this wine that is born in Nava de Roa.
