In La Vanguardia Readers’ Photos we review some of the beautiful sunsets that have been experienced this winter in the coastal town of Sitges, in the Garraf region.

Sitges stands between sea and mountains, between the Mediterranean and the Parc del Garraf, although it is on the beach where the most spectacular sunsets are captured, as seen in the snapshots.

There are several recommended spots to capture the sunsets, such as Sant Sebastià beach. If you want more perspective, the Trinitat hermitage, from the 14th century and with modernist traces from the 19th century, is located on top of a hill facing the sea.

In the silhouette of Sitges, as seen in the photographs, you cannot miss the church of San Bartolomé and Santa Tecla, located very close to the sea.

Sitges has a lively cultural and social life, even in winter, benefited by its Mediterranean air. Strolling through its old town takes you to discover the glowing sunset sky around any corner.
