The new edition of Supervivientes already has a premiere date on Telecinco. Mediaset’s most popular reality show will kick off next Thursday, March 7. The contest thus returns one more year to the Telecinco grid, but this time it will do so with numerous new features. Of course, what has not changed has been its team of presenters, which will be led once again by Jorge Javier Vázquez.

The former presenter of Sálvame and Cuentos Chinos will set foot on a television set again after the sudden and unexpected end of both programs during 2023. But Jorge Javier will not be alone in this arduous task, since he will have Laura Madroño from Honduras and with Carlos Sobera and Sandra Barneda for the rest of the adventure formats, which will be broadcast on Sundays and Tuesdays, respectively.

Furthermore, throughout these weeks, Telecinco has been gradually revealing some of the 17 contestants who will be part of this extreme adventure. Arantxa del Sol, Javier Ungría, Zayra Gutiérrez, Arkano, Ángel Cristo Jr, Blanca Manchón, Lorena Morlote, Kike Calleja, Carmen Borrego, Rocío Madrid and Pedro García Aguado were the first eleven confirmed famous faces.

However, there were still six names to come to light. A mystery that was solved this Wednesday thanks to the media El Televisero. And according to the aforementioned media, the six contestants to be confirmed were going to be: Miri Pérez-Cabrero, semi-finalist of MasterChef 5; Mario González and Claudia Martínez, participants of The Island of Temptations; Aurah Ruiz, former GH VIP 6 contestant; Gorka Ibarguren, former contestant of El Conquistador and Rubén Torres, participant of Falso Amor on Netflix.

One of the last official participants to be confirmed was Rocío Madrid. The legendary presenter of Crónicas Marcianas appeared this past Tuesday on Ana Rosa Quintana’s program, where she gave a surprise to her partner Xavier Sardá and confirmed her signing for Supervivientes, ensuring that the program’s team had contacted her on several occasions , but it was not until 2024 when the presenter saw fit to participate in the Telecinco adventure.
