The second edition of Big Brother DÚO closes the most famous house in Spain after about two months of competition. Among the finalists of this edition are Asraf, Lucía and Manuel, each one with their own story and path within the contest.
Asraf entered as a duo with Elena, the mother of his ex-friend Adara, while Lucía and Manuel, who are ex-couples – they ended very badly after their time on Temptation Island -, formed a trio with Mayka at the beginning of the reality show that later became dissolved
Who will win? It is not known. Unlike other editions and other contests – both on Telecinco and other networks – there is no favorite. The three finalists are very well-liked and none of them have managed to distance themselves from the other competitors. Therefore, it seems like one of the tightest finals in recent years.
The first edition of GH DUO took place in 2019 and, since then, the format had been on break until this year. Although the current edition has been shorter than usual, with fewer galas than expected, the public’s interest has not waned, especially due to the equality that has existed throughout the entire contest.
The winner will receive a prize of 50,000 euros, which will be presented by María Jesús Ruiz, winner of the previous edition. This award represents, in addition to an important economic boost, the recognition of the public – Manuel and Lucía have stressed that they give more importance to the support achieved – after weeks of coexistence and televised competition.
