The judge has ordered this Saturday the entry into provisional prison, communicated and without bail of the detainee for allegedly causing the death of a man with a disability after punching him last Tuesday in Alzira. The events occurred last Tuesday due to an argument over a parking space reserved for disabled people. The accused hit the victim who fell to the ground and had to be admitted to the hospital, where she finally died.

As explained by the Valencian TSJ in a note, the case is initially open for a crime of homicide, without prejudice to subsequent classification.

The head of the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 6 of Alzira, who is on guard duty, has, on the other hand, agreed to provisional release with fortnightly court appearances for a woman arrested in relation to the same events, and to the which the investigation initially indicates as inducing aggression.
