The Local Police of Valencia have arrested two people tonight who were surprised while stealing from the property that caught fire last Thursday, February 22 in the Campanar neighborhood.
At 1:45 a.m. today, Tuesday, two patrols that were carrying out surveillance tasks in the damaged building on Rafael Alberti Street heard noises coming from inside. The agents requested help through the station and searched the building. On the second floor they found two people who fled when they saw the agents.
One of the people surprised in the building was intercepted a few meters from the building by a patrol that had come to support. The description of the second suspect who was located on Alquería de Rico Street was broadcast on the station. On the second floor they found a sports bag with several sets of taps, a hammer and some pliers. On the second and third floors, the taps were missing from some of the floors.
Due to these events, the agents have proceeded to arrest S.H, 23 years old, and L.B, 51 years old, who have been placed at the disposal of the judicial authority at the Central Guard Inspection.
