A little over a year ago, Ángel Cristo Jr. and the Venezuelan businesswoman Ana Herminia Íllas began their relationship. A love story that they wanted to celebrate in a very special way: a romantic wedding in which the Survivor contestant and his partner said “I do.”

Some exciting moments in which both opened their hearts and showed what they felt for each other. As it could not be less, from the program they wanted to know what the moment had seemed to relatives and friends; and one of the most anticipated opinions was that of the groom’s mother, Bárbara Rey, with whom journalist Alexia Rivas spoke.

On the same day of the wedding, Rivas managed to speak with the former star, who had obviously not been invited to the wedding due to her tense relationship with her son; but she gave her opinion just a few moments before the very important step that her son was going to take on the beaches of Cayos Cochinos.

“I notice she is serene, but because of something she has told me I also think that this moves her,” Alexis Rivas began, transmitting the message from Ángel Cristo Jr.’s mother: “If I could talk to him today I would tell him something which for me is very significant: He wishes the best for his son and hopes that this marriage goes well for him and also lasts.

“She emphasizes to me that she has always taken great care of Ana, that this summer they were at her house for the summer and that she poured herself into them, that they got along great and that she was always affectionate with her because everything that was important for her son was also important. for her,” the journalist concluded.

Even so, Alexia Rivas was not satisfied. The journalist also claimed that she had noticed something in the former star that she did not quite convince her: all that conformist attitude and being happy with Ana Herminia did not seem to be real.

“I think she is a person who is very hurt. I think that deep down Bárbara believes that Ana is harming her son. Although she doesn’t want to say it, I think that deep down she doesn’t like it,” said the Galician.

A few minutes later, Ángel Cristo and Ana met again in Honduras to be the protagonists of one of the most romantic and emotional moments of the edition. The couple opened their hearts and, in an unparalleled environment, they showed what they felt for each other with some of their companions as witnesses.
