Nearly two and a half years have passed since the moment in which Christian Gálvez and Almudena Cid put an end to one of the most loved and admired relationships in our country. The couple put an end to their relationship after fifteen years together, something that unleashed a real media stir that increased, if possible, a couple of months later, after the presenter’s relationship with Patricia Pardo came to light. Now they both maintain separate lives, and face their future in very different ways, but if something brings them together again, it is new professional projects.

The breakup was a big blow for the former gymnast. But despite everything, a few months ago she gave love a chance again with Gerardo Berodia, with whom she is very happy. Her environment was a key piece when it came to overcoming the breakup, however, if anything helped her move forward, it was her work. First, she worked as an actress in the theater, then, she published her own book. Now, the magazine Hello! reveals that Cid had decided to embark on a new world: the organization of events.

Christian Gálvez, for his part, is in one of his best moments on a personal and professional level. Last December, the presenter became a father for the first time. Little Luca was born as a result of his relationship with Patricia Pardo. It was they themselves who wanted to share this good news with their followers, showing how happy they are.

“We found the ‘LIGHT’ and the ‘WAY’ in each other, and now you arrive, so desired, to illuminate our paths even more,” they wrote then. At work, Christian is fully immersed in a new professional project that is far removed from the small screen. “Today marks ten years since the publication of my first novel. After three non-fiction books, this was a journey full of uncertainty, but also full of perseverance and hope,” he began.

“I never imagined the joys that this book and Leonardo himself would give me over the years,” he expressed. That is why what started as “an act of generosity from my friend Sandra Barneda” has now become her new project. “I find myself working alongside the dedication, professionalism and friendship of my editor. In between, a multitude of colleagues from the publishing world who made the trip easier, more beautiful. Ten years later, I find myself preparing my fourth novel, my 9th book…. It will be destiny,” she said.

Their lives have changed a lot since the end of their romance. However, it seems that both the former gymnast and the presenter have found a way to be happy separately. Now, each with their respective lives, they enjoy the tranquility of their new situation and the excitement of their new professional projects.
