CCOO has reported the extractive company Llansà SA to the Labor Inspection for violating the right to strike.

The union assures that there are management positions that “impersonate” workers during the strike, which will last until May 10, and that the firm has hired employees through temporary employment companies.

The union center has also reported breaches of safety regulations and union harassment.

CCOO criticizes that Llansà SA wants to “impose” a calendar that does not respect the agreement and is already advancing that, if it does not rectify, there will be new strikes.

The company, for its part, denies that the schedules violate the agreements, emphasizes that the entire production part is stopped as a result of the strike and maintains that it is within the managers’ tasks to perform other functions, such as loading trucks.
