The National Police has arrested the president of an NGO in Salamanca dedicated to the care of immigrants for having repeatedly abused several women whom he forced to have sexual relations with him, taking advantage of their vulnerable situation.
As reported by the Government Subdelegation, this man used to deliver food to immigrant women in their private home, claiming that he needed to evaluate their profiles and needs.
He used to ask them for their phone number and later ask them to send him personal photographs, most of them of a sexual nature.
At the moment in which he achieved his goal and with the excuse of giving them food, he summoned the women to his house and forced them to maintain relations with him, taking advantage of his position of superiority and the need that the victims had to obtain food.
The investigation remains open since the agents believe that there are other victims who, due to fear or not having a permit to stay in the country, do not dare to report what happened.
