A few days ago, Claudia Martínez became permanently expelled from Supervivientes 2024. A decision that was made by the audience, but that would have been made by the program’s medical team in the same way, since they had already identified that the influencer was suffering from digestive problems that prevented her from continuing.

Already back in Spain, the former contestant has resumed her routines on social networks, where she interacts daily with her followers. As expected, one of the topics that arouses the most interest in her is her time on the survival reality show, and that is why Claudia wanted to tell some secrets.

“We removed the hair from our eyebrows with pliers,” reveals the influencer, who said that they came to that conclusion thanks to the fact that her boyfriend, Mario González, found an ingrown hair on her and the only tool at hand was a pair of pliers.

Claudia also reveals that they put sunscreen on their hair to keep it hydrated. Another one of her tips that seems to have worked very well for her, judging by the state of her hair. “The trick is pretty good, he stayed hydrated,” she says.

One of the most important things for the contestants was calculating the time, but the influencer also tells what the trick was to try to find out what time it was. “We knew the time by the sun. We knew what time they would pick us up, so we estimated about seven or eight hours, depending on the sun.” A trick that Claudia recognizes that she has used on her return to Spain, very successfully.

The influencer also reveals how they managed to eat rice during the ten days they were left without fire, and it is certainly not a test suitable for many stomachs. According to the story, they placed the rice in a pot full of water and left it in the sun, to eat it at the end of the day. “He was hard as a wall,” she says.

The animals became his best friends, but also the best indicators for other things, such as the weather: “When there are a lot of crabs, it is because a storm is coming,” he explains. The influencer also reveals that she encountered the most diverse species, such as the blue crab, which she compares to a “dog” from Barcelona.

Since returning from the contest, the influencer has been involved in a new controversy that she did not expect; And many question her intestinal ailments. However, she wanted to silence any type of speculation, and to do so she showed her TikTok followers the results of her tests carried out in Spain.

“Since I arrived I haven’t stopped reading comments that I’m fine and that I’ve recovered, let’s see,” the influencer began. “On Friday I went to the doctor and I’m going to show you the test,” he continued, showing the results that certify that he had tested positive for Helicobacter pylori, which is a type of bacteria that infects the stomach and can lead to the development of peptic ulcer disease if left untreated.

“I have had some horrible nights since the day they took the pregnancy test, I really wanted to vomit, a horrible pain in the pit of my stomach and there were days when I was delirious,” she says. “I’m better because I was evacuated from the beach on April 20 and I’ve been eating well and receiving treatment for a few weeks now.”
