Buc-ee’s Unveils Largest Store in Texas with Opening of Luling Outlet
Buc-ee’s has officially opened its largest location in the United States in Luling, Texas. The new store, which spans 75,000 square feet, marks a significant milestone for the chain as it brings the brand back to where it all began. The grand opening ceremony, complete with a ribbon-cutting event, is set to take place on Monday at 12:00 p.m. CT.
The new Buc-ee’s outlet in Luling boasts 120 fueling positions and a wide array of snack, meal, and drink options for travelers passing through. Customers can indulge in popular items such as Texas barbeque, homemade fudge, kolaches, Beaver Nuggets, jerky, and fresh pastries.
With this latest addition, Buc-ee’s now has a total of 50 locations across nine states, including recent expansions into Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri, and Colorado. The company has also announced plans for future stores in various states, including Kentucky, Texas, Georgia, Virginia, and Ohio.
Despite initial reports suggesting that a store in Florida would surpass the size of the Luling outlet, Buc-ee’s Director of Real Estate and Development clarified that the forthcoming store in Marion County will be 74,000 square feet. Construction on the new location is slated to begin in late 2024 or early 2025.
In recognition of its excellence, Buc-ee’s was named the 10th best gas station brand and best gas station for food by USA TODAY’s 10Best in May.
As Buc-ee’s continues to expand its footprint across the country, fans of the beloved travel center can look forward to experiencing the brand’s signature offerings in new and exciting locations.
