Subsequently, between Frederiksberg Boligfond and tenants in The south Jutland Town emerged a legal dispute around an old deed from 1932, which means that the properties in the event of sale to be sold at the original price.

In light of the uncertainty of when this dispute can be settled, has Frederiksberg Boligfond and 360 North, who represents the Blackstone, made an agreement to rescind contract of sale. She has lived in The south Jutland Town since she was four years old, and is pleased now that her childhood home will not end up on the kapitalfondens hands.

– I’m very relieved that they do not own us, she says.
