A 29-year-old man is arrested in New Orleans, which is located in the u.s. state of Louisiana, after the local police discovered he cheated strangers to change his diaper.

According to police Rutledge Deas a diaper fetish where he gets elated when he gets a diaper change.
The 29-year-old man, however, had difficulty finding some, like gad to do it.
Rutledge Deas made fake ads, as he shared on social media, in which he searched for people who would switch his 18-year-old disabled brother’s diaper.
the Problem was just that the disabled brother, who went under the name ‘Cory’, was not to be found. It was Rutledge Deas.

After ten visits from the friendly souls who just wanted to help a young man in distress, they found out that it was not ‘Cory’, they had helped.
the Police were therefore contacted, and Rutledge Deas is arrested and charged with sexual assault.
