The former topangriber in the Premier League, Neil Shipperley knew that something was wrong.
Completely mad.
He drove to the local police station and volunteered. And when the victims shortly after the troppede up in the same place, he was not slow to apologise for its actions.
the 45-year-old Shipperley, who as an active footballer in the 1990s tørnede out for clubs such as Chelsea, Southampton and Crystal Palace, ended up 17. september of this year, absolutely terrible.

– the Accused followed them along the road and stopped at a traffic light. This time rolled the defendants down the window and started masturbating, said the prosecutor Taranjit Rai.
The terrified women tried to take nummerpladsen on the car, while Shipperley even ran to the police station.
But it was not over yet. Shortly after the mother again eye on him in the car. And he sat still and masturbated behind the wheel, while he looked after them.
To the police admitted Shipperley his actions and told that he ’had a problem’.
In court, he acknowledged himself guilty of knowingly to have displayed his genitals for others to see them.
He apologized for what he had done and admitted even, that he had a problem. It was also why he himself had gone to the police, said his lawyer, Sarah O’Kane.
Shipperley explained that he knew that it was completely unacceptable and that he in fact had not been aware that her daughter was a minor.
– How can he think that he can afford it to women. My daughter and I felt abused, said the mother to the police.
Sarah O’Kane explained that Shipperley is stuffed with remorse and regret. And so he asks that he not be sentenced to imprisonment.
the Court was also informed that the perpetrator goes with dreams of becoming the coach of a U15-football team. It is shown in a thin thread now.
There is a settlement in december.
