A Spanish tv reporter from RTVE told his colleagues on live tv, that she ‘did not come to work the day after’, because she had just won in a big christmas lottery in Spain.
It turned out however fast that she hadn’t won as much money as she thought.

Natalia Escudero began to scream on live tv, but then found out that she had won four million euros, but the rather more modest sum of 5000 euro.

She apologized afterwards, that she had overreacted in the middle of his job as a reporter.
Natalia Escudero explained that she regretted she had been so sensitive and would like to explain his actions to the viewers, who felt cheated.

Viewers of the program criticized the reporter to give the impression that she had won the grand prize and to say that she would say her job as a reporter.
For all of the criticism has Natalia Escudero said that she has been through a difficult time, but that she, in 25 years, she has worked as a journalist, always have had clean consciences, and that she continues with her good work.
She apologized for the confusion, but believe that she was honest about not coming to work, because she actually was on vacation.
