FC Nordsjælland have in recent years injected talents out on the strip and sold players for hundreds of millions.

the Club has created its own ‘talentkøkkenhave’, and now they get a lot of talents even better opportunity to grow. For FC Nordsjalland has dedicated a good 1100 square meters of large paradise with state of the art facilities.

There is a lounge, styrketræningsområde and two large dressing room with an ice-water bath. The many ungdomstrænere have been airy offices, the health care providers to a completely new area, and there is even a so-called refleksionsrum, where you have the opportunity to ask.

According to managing director Søren Kristensen have all the glory will cost a significant amount of money. To this must be added the rental income from the Fitness World, as the club no longer has.

– There is a big investment, but it is the right thing to do. We can make the best culture and have the best values and visions, but we have not the facilities, it becomes eventually empty words, says Søren Kristensen to Ekstra Bladet.

But fitnesskæden needed more space, and FC Nordsjælland at the same time, to the degree that lacked the space for the talents, so it was the club good, that the lease was terminated.

Farum-the club has in the course of 2019, sold players for in the region of 100 million dollars, and some of the millionerne has been thrown by the artisans and the new technology.

– Here goes transferindtægterne not to shareholders or an owner. Some may think that now buys the owner a new yacht, but Tom Vernon (owner, red.) has no yacht. He lives in a small house in Hørsholm, denmark, says Søren Kristensen.

FC Nordsjælland U17 and U19 teams share one changing room, while the club’s team and U18-pigehold have the other. The two dressing room is located side by side, and it is intentional.

In a conservative industry like FC Nordsjælland to push the boundaries, and it is a clear signal, both inwardly and outwardly. The club’s Superliga players also use styrketræningsområder, but today is no longer the best facilities.

– Those who are most disappointed and angry with me, is Superliga the players. They still have their old dressing room at the stadium.

– We must see whether the board agrees with me that we also need to upgrade them at a time, say FCN-director Søren Kristensen with a smile.

Fetai in the forefront of the project.

The former striker of the club Bajram Fetai is employed in FC Nordsjællands administration and has acted as the project manager. He shows, not without pride Extra Blade around in the premises and tells about the thoughts behind the work.

The redevelopment started 1. september, but ahead lay several months of intense planning work.

– I think we’ve hit it well. It is in international top class it here, and players and coaches are happy, ” says 34-year-old Fetai, who scored 29 goals in 131 matches for the club.

Earlier, it was rather in spite of than because of the facilities that FC Nordsjælland managed to develop so many stortalenter. They sat a little pinched, had to share the Fitness World with the other guests, and after kvindeafdelingen was a key part of the club, there was no dressing room enough.

now, that’s all remedied now, and Fetai has also received much positive feedback from previous FCN-people like Mads Valentin, Emiliano Marcondes and Andreas Skov Olsen. They have indirectly helped to pay, and thus give back to the club where they were developed, and his career took off.

– There are many who have a stake in it. But it is the sales of the previously akademispillere, who has given us the ability to provide the facilities for those who are on the way, says Bajram Fetai.
