In the first place the man was sentenced to eight years in prison by a lower court.

The now 29-year-old Petra Kvitova was in december 2016, attacked by a man who was intruding in her home in Prostejov, in the eastern Czech republic.
the Man, who according to police is a 34-year-old man by the name of Radim Zondra knew, allegedly, not who owned the place.
