About Jamie Beard

Jamie Beard, the founder and executive director at Project InnerSpace is a non-profit that aims to expand the use of geothermal power around the globe.

Previously, she was the founder and executive director of the Geothermal Entrepreneurship Organisation, a U.S. Department of Energy funded program that recruits talent from fossil fuel industries to start geothermal energy startups.

Beard received her bachelor’s degree at Appalachian State University, and her JD at Boston University.
