Good news for Maluma. The Colombian singer and his partner, Susana Gómez, have become parents for the first time. The little girl, named Paris, came into this world this Saturday, March 9, 2024. Both the small and proud mother are in perfect condition. The news was not made known by either the artist or the architect, but was spread through Poder magazine, who published the first photograph of the singer welcoming Paris with a tender kiss. However, this birth has not been without controversy.
Several patients at the Rosario Clinic in Medellín, where little Paris was born, have complained about the supposed favorable treatment that the successful singer’s girlfriend received when she was admitted to the hospital. One of the first to complain was the prestigious lawyer Angélica Monsalve Gaviria, who used her account on in the presence of Maluma.
“I have not been able to see my grandson, Piero, who was born at the Rosario Clinic in Medellín. They took my daughter and other mothers out of the waiting room because Maluma’s daughter was born today in that clinic,” the lawyer wrote in networks. “The law applies in different ways according to the stratum and the money you have (…) Maluma’s private security, which should set an example, is the reason why today some mothers and grandmothers like me, have their right curtailed to see their children and grandchildren because the right of a famous or rich person prevails,” he stated.
As for the little girl’s name, a few weeks ago, Maluma already announced it in an interview with the Desconnected TV podcast and the reason for this choice. “We did it there,” said the interpreter of Happy the Four and ADMV.
The pregnancy news was confirmed last October by sources very close to the Medellín artist, and later he himself did so through a video clip in which he explained his love story with the young woman, reaching the key point: the pregnancy. “We are still speechless with the love they have received from the news that we will be parents for the first time,” Maluma began by saying later, through a publication on her profile on her social networks.
“Our baby is growing very quickly in the tummy and we can’t wait to meet her and hold her in our arms,” ??he expressed, visibly happy. Furthermore, she was referring to the way to announce this good news. “Music has always been my best communication channel and in this case it was no exception, we wanted to give you a video that tells a little about our story and how we got here,” she continued explaining.
Finally, the artist could not do anything other than thank all those who support him unconditionally. “It only remains to say INFINITE THANKS to all the people involved in this path, including friends and family… This is and will forever be MY BIGGEST DREAM (that’s where the real Maluma Baby comes from),” Maluma stated. Now, months later, she already has the little girl in her arms.
