Helena Resano is going through a difficult time of health. The presenter of La Sexta Noticias announced a few hours ago through her social networks that she was admitted to a hospital for a health problem. A medical setback that will force her to be away from the media for a while. The actress opened up about her condition in a column published in the InfoLibre media in the last few hours.

This past Monday, viewers of La Sexta Noticias’ 2pm edition were surprised to see that in front of the program was not Helena Resano, but Ana Cuesta. A last minute change that set off all the alarms, but it was not until today, Thursday, when we were finally able to find out the real reason for her absence.

As the journalist revealed through her Instagram stories, last Sunday, March 10, she was preparing for the new work week when a sudden physical discomfort caused her to have to go urgently to the hospital. ”I’ve been here since Monday. Grateful to the doctors and health workers who are doing everything to find answers,” declared the 50-year-old presenter.

After a few hours of uncertainty, Helena shared a column in InfoLibre, in which she was honest about the delicate moment she is experiencing. “It’s time to stop,” reads the headline. “Just when you most need to run, get to everything, multiply to be able to meet all your commitments; just then, life or your body tells you ‘wait, I have other plans,'” the article began by saying.

The actress explained that it was last Sunday when she noticed that her left arm fell asleep. The presenter thought it was a pinch. However, it was not like that, and after going to the doctor, they began to do tests on her because she was suffering from paralysis in one leg. “And that’s when you say ‘wait, what’s happening?'” the presenter continued.

Then, the doctors began to run tests on him. “There began an endless round of tests, of all kinds, of entering and leaving those distressing tubes. Of seeing everything that was happening in that column, in my head. And of being scared. I admit it,” he expressed. “In those endless moments in the MRI tube I have reminded myself that I had forgotten that what was most valuable, my health, had been left aside. That all the anguish I had because the week’s commitments were beginning to falter, did not “I couldn’t do anything if I wasn’t well,” he said, emphasizing how important it is to take care of your health.

Regarding his state of health, he explained that “the leg is still there, not wanting to wake up.” “Mine has been a scare, it has stayed that way. And it is surely a warning, a reminder, that I have to take things more calmly, that I am not ‘superwoman’, that I don’t have to go to everything. And that, if I don’t arrive, nothing happens,” he expressed, being aware that sometimes you have to take things calmly.

Finally, the communicator ended by thanking those who have shown her their love in the last few hours and also all the health workers who have treated her. “Take good care of yourself. Without health there is nothing. No matter how hard we try,” she stated, making it clear that the most important thing is always health, and that without it, you cannot enjoy the rest.
