This Monday, a new installment of The Island of Temptations 5 with an unexpected reunion for one of the contestants: David had to see their faces with Elena’s mother, Silvia. An awkward moment with his mother-in-law that happened after seeing the images of the girls, including those of his girlfriend. Her face was a poem when she saw her enter.
The mother-in-law came to scold her son-in-law, as well as to see the images of his infidelity with María. Silvia even had a most macho comment towards the temptress, a circumstance that Sandra Barneda had to stop immediately.
What happened at David’s bonfire with his mother-in-law was one of the hardest moments in the contestant’s life, as he would later explain in Villa Playa. And it is not a pleasant dish to meet your mother-in-law after having been unfaithful to her daughter, Elena.
The arrival of Silvia, the mother-in-law, on The Island of Temptations 5 was an emotional setback for the contestant. In fact, the woman appeared very serious and as soon as she saw him she said: “What have you done?” Silvia already feared the worst and David was quick to admit what had happened: “I’ve messed it up. She thought nothing was going to happen, but I got involved with another girl.
To which the mother-in-law said: “This was not so. You have made the three forty ”. And she continued: “You had to be smart, David. She didn’t deserve this. I had you as the perfect couple, I bet on you to the fullest”.
When David admitted to having hooked up with another girl, Silvia blurted out: “So we were the Barbie and Ken couple. And Ken leaves me Barbie and you look for the pussy doll. You change my Barbie, my little flower and you get involved with the pussy doll ”.
Next, Sandra Barneda announced that they would both see the images of infidelity together and, seeing them, David could not help but be ashamed, especially in the most passionate scenes with the single María. The contestant covered his face, while his mother-in-law insisted that he not hide and pay close attention to what he had done.
“There is that,” summed up the mother-in-law when she finished the first batch of images of David and María. Immediately afterwards, Silvia took away her daughter’s Barbie band, which he had in her hands and she had sent him by drone to announce that her relationship had ended. “You don’t deserve to wear it. Life is like that, I did not invent it, ”she added.
After seeing more images, Silvia called David “sea horse”, an affectionate nickname that she used with her son-in-law before the program. “It’s my vocabulary. Since I met him [I have called him] my seahorse, little flower, little mouse, little star, little prince”, assured the woman, who had welcomed David as one more son.
It would not be the only name that arose. At the beginning of the bonfire, Silvia referred to María, the spinster, as the pussy doll and during the viewing of the most sexual images she repeated it again. “What a show, what finesse. David, you, the Ken, with the pussy doll? ”, She blurted out.
This was when the presenter of the program decided to intervene in the face of Silvia’s macho comment. “Her name is María and she is single and she does not have a partner,” she clarified, very serious. Elena’s mother replied that she was fine with her, but as Elena’s mother, it was normal for her to react that way to her temptress. “Messing with María, no,” Barneda settled.
Shortly after this clash between Silvia and Barneda, David’s mother-in-law apologized for those comments about the dodgy doll. “I’m sorry I reacted like this, I’m sorry, I apologize. But a mother has to put herself in my place, ”she said, asking for empathy.
To finish, Silvia collapsed: “I have loved him as one more son. I’m broken, I thought I had come to surprise my daughter.” A reaction that David perfectly understood, although he does not regret what happened: “She is her mother, she is hurt and I understand it perfectly. I still think that I love her daughter, that I’ve let myself go. I don’t feel like I’m sorry.”
