Rivas is going to celebrate this Saturday a route and training session by bicycle, called ‘Conecta Rivas’, which will teach the youngest cyclists the basic notions to circulate safely through the municipality, and which will present a route that unites the two youth centers in Rivas, the Asturias park and La Casa Grande.
The day will start at 11:00 a.m. with a road safety class to “ride safely with the bicycle”, so that young people feel comfortable on two wheels and begin to use this vehicle as a regular means of transport. .
For this, after the class a cycling route will be undertaken that crosses the city, indicates the Consistory in a note, in which they add that, to finish, there will be a sports practice in La Casa Grande and a DJ will musically set the session.
The event is also presented as an opportunity to “connect with other people who love two wheels”, as well as to find out about the subscription options of the BicinRivas municipal bicycle system.
