Bad news for the singer Francisco. The justice system has asked to seize all the profits obtained from his concerts for not complying with the support of his daughter, as revealed this afternoon by the Telecinco program Fiesta. The judicial resolution has sided with Denia Apolinar, the former dancer with whom the singer had a daughter out of wedlock. It should be remembered that he has always denied having had anything to do with Denia.
For the court, paternity was confirmed, as stated in Emma García’s program this Saturday, March 16. Francisco is the father, according to court orders, of Naomi, Denia’s daughter, and he would also have to support her. In 2013, the artist was forced to pay 500 euros to the mother of his daughter, something with which he did not agree. Subsequently, he sued for the amount to be lowered to 150 euros.
As specified in the program, Francisco stopped paying that money, money that he was obliged to deliver, since mother and daughter did not have sufficient income to support them. It has now become known that the judicial resolution agrees to withhold the amounts that the singer was going to receive for his performance at the Rialto Theater in Madrid.
From Fiesta they have contacted him, and they assure that he is “demonized and quite angry.” “The girl is 23 and 24 years old and she has to continue supporting her because she doesn’t study and doesn’t work,” said Mónica Vergara, one of the program’s collaborators. The law specifies that the father has to continue supporting his child until he is of age or until he has financial independence, something that the young woman does not have despite being of age.
Mónica assures that the interpreter does not understand why he has to continue supporting a young woman who could be working. It was then that a debate began on set about the relationship between father and daughter, since some of the collaborators do not understand why the young woman does not want to have a relationship with her father, but wants her money. “The court told Francisco that at least until the age of 30, he should prove that she does not want to work,” explained Mónica, about how to find a solution to this issue.
“Francisco tells me that he has not received a notification yet,” explains the journalist, who points out that the press is often one step ahead in terms of uncovering these types of issues. We will have to wait to know how this case ends, but everything indicates that Francisco would not be at all satisfied with the court’s ruling.
