The best hamburger in the country, stuffed with blonde cow aged for 45 days, crispy smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and egg emulsion with chistorra, is prepared at the Burger Food Porn hamburger, located in Seville. This was decided by the jury of the III edition of the Spanish Hamburger Championship that was held a few days ago at the MEGA beer museum.

The creators of this proposal presented a Double Cheese Bacon, an apparently simple preparation, “because our product cannot be camouflaged and has to be in all its splendor”. For them, meat and bread are the main ingredients of the snack, with a cost of 12.90 euros.

The pieces of blonde cow to prepare the hamburger were matured for the occasion, so the establishment only released a limited 500 units, which had to be reserved. But in this championship other elaborations that can still be tried were recognized, such as the Jet Lag Burger, which is prepared in the Gastronomía Nómada establishment in Vitoria with Galician blonde cow, smoked cheddar, cured and smoked guanciale, yolk and bourbon demi-glace, pickles and a secret sauce, and that he has achieved the second position in the contest.

Third place went to the Galicia Japan Burger from Lume, Lucía Freitas’ restaurant located in A Coruña. It is prepared with “Real Buey” brioche bread, cheese, okonomiyaki sauce, green sisho, pickled cabbage and katshuobushi. On the other hand, Circo Burger has been recognized as the best hamburger chain in Spain. In addition, the Best Burger Delivery by Uber, the Best Bruger Audacious, the hamburgers with a star and the best hamburgers in each autonomous community were announced. They are the following:
