With 177 kilos of pyrotechnic material of its own manufacture and produced especially for the occasion, the mascletà of pyrotechnics Hermanos Caballer thundered this Wednesday in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento de Valencia in the firing of the Día de la Plantà.
The mascletà has been 100% made by this firm, with material specially made for today, with streamers, roncadoras, whistles or Roman candles, which have constituted the central axis of the show.
During the six minutes that the shooting lasted this Wednesday, 1,280 firing orders were given for the 177 kilos of pyrotechnic material arranged in the fire zone of the square.
Digital sequences and traditional shooting have been combined in a mascletà that has started with aerial effects at different heights, which has had a land base of pyrotechnics and an increasing rhythm in intensity.
The final earthquake, designed to go from less to more in force, has been triggered with digital sequences and with warning thunder and thunder cartridges scattered around the entire perimeter of the square until the final resounding thunderclap.
A shot that has been applauded by the massive public at the foot of the square and in the surrounding streets but also by the guests on the balcony of the consistory, including the mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez Almeida.
Among the guests were also the representatives of the Centers for Valencians Abroad (CEVEX), the tiktoker Alexa Beauty and the Minister of Participation, Rosa Pérez Garijo.
The pyrotechnics of Almenara (Castellón) directed by José Vicente and Jorge Caballer and which has been working since 2001, was responsible last year for the shot on March 19, the day of the Cremà.
This shot has resulted in 43 attentions for fainting by the Red Cross, two anxiety crises, three injuries and two people treated for foreign objects in the eye.
In total, 50 people have been treated in the square and a man evacuated due to a sprained ankle, according to the report of this organization.
