Junts per Tortosa and Junts per Catalunya have agreed to run in coalition in the next municipal elections, according to a statement made public by the two formations.

The agreement will allow the continuity of the project led by the acting mayor of the municipality, Meritxell Roigé.

The pact has been exposed in the assemblies of the two parties this Thursday night. “It is much more what unites us than what separates us”, have affirmed sources of the two formations, which at the same time have indicated that the pact “clearly benefits” the city.
