Last Wednesday, Isabel Pantoja broke her long silence by giving the first interview in four years. In it, the tonadillera told the scoop that she had been invited to one of the most exclusive events in the world: the one known as the Baile de la Rosa, in Monaco.

It is a solidarity party established by the Monegasque princess Grace Kelly in 1954, which will be held in 2023 for the first time after the pandemic, and for which Pantoja has received a formal invitation together with his brother Agustín. Since the news broke, many have tried to find out the identity of the person who would have invited them, although the truth is that this is still very mysterious.

According to the information revealed by El Mundo, the person responsible for the Pantoja brothers being in Monaco this weekend would be “a German millionaire who loves the arts and lives in the Principality.” In addition, the man would be linked to Spain, since he “has a reserved table at the Sporting Club” for “four decades”.

But, what are the reasons why the millionaire wanted to invite Isabel Pantoja to this exclusive event? To try to shed light on the matter, Lydia Lozano has announced on the Sálvame program that she has continued the investigation on her behalf and she is trying to get to go to the Baile de la Rosa as well.

The collaborator has spoken with Manel, “the German couple” and the man’s neighbor in Monaco. According to his version, Pantoja would like to “meet Shirley Bassey”, an artist present at the event, for which reason “a person from Isabel’s team”, possibly Agustín Pantoja himself, contacted him so that the tonadillera could be in the party and that he can exchange a few words with the singer he admires so much.

“Isabel and her brother are indeed invited by the German,” Lydia clarified, who has denied some of Isabel Pantoja’s words in her interview. In it, she assured that she had received the invitation to the Baile de la Rosa in Puerto Rico from “a friend.” “It’s not true. They call Manel and ask him for that favor,” sentenced Lydia Lozano.

As for whether the Sálvame collaborator will finally attend the event to follow in the footsteps of Isabel and Agustín, Lydia directly asked Manel if she could go when she learned that they had asked to “expand the table.” Although she still does not have her seat secured, Lozano has insisted before the cameras: “I have the suit ready.”
