After not complying with the requirement of the Justice of the Peace of Vilanova del Camí, Carlos Navarro, El Yoyas, is in search and capture. He had to enter a prison voluntarily, after Criminal Court number 5 of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ordered his admission to prison.

The Fiesta team went to the vicinity of a house that belongs to the family of the former Big Brother contestant and assured that there were indications that the fugitive could be at that address. As a result of what happened, Fayna Bethancourt reacted on social networks with a statement addressed directly to the Catalan police.

“This morning we have seen two dogs that we directly relate to Carlos Navarro and we see inside the house a car that does not belong to the family and that would belong to El Yoyas. My partner and I split up and what we realize is that when we arrive all the blinds are up and then they start to go up and down,” explained Arabella Otero, reporter for the program, from the location.

Fiesta contacted the Mossos, but since there was no conclusive evidence and since it was private property, the Mossos could not verify if El Yoyas was inside the house.

As a result of what happened, Fayna Bethancourt made an appeal through social networks addressed directly to the Catalan police: “What is the house search warrant? The entry and house search requires a judicial authorization that is issued once before police request,” the statement begins.

“And given the suspicions based on eyewitnesses belonging to the press, who have seen suspicious movements in one of the father’s homes and being very likely that they are from the fugitive Carlos Navarro Merino, alias El Yoyas, I need the Mossos to request an entry order and registration to access that house. It is important that action is taken or the fugitive will flee again. Please help,” the text concludes.
