Last days to request the help of 200 euros against the impact of the war in Ukraine for low-income citizens. The deadline to request government aid expires this Friday, March 31.

To access the payment, unique and with deposit in the bank account, the procedure must be done through the Tax Agency, in this link. Broadly speaking, it can be accessed by wage earners, the unemployed and the unemployed who in 2022 earned less than 27,000 euros in full, counting the people who live with them at the same address: spouses, common-law partners, descendants under 25 years of age (children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren…) and ascendants up to the second degree by direct line (parents, grandparents)…

Another requirement is that they cannot have more than 75,000 euros in assets, discounting their habitual residence, and they must be residents of Spain.

Nor can those with cohabitants who are administrators of an active company or have a stake in it have access to the aid.

Pensioners and recipients of the minimum vital income are left out of the aid.

Throughout the process “you do not have to provide any documentation”, the Social Security and other organizations will send the information to the Tax Agency to certify that the requirements for the aid are met.

In the event that an error has been made in the application process, such as when detailing the bank account, or a piece of information to be entered has been missing, the advice from the Tax Agency is to cancel the form originally submitted from the “Remove” tab. of applications submitted” and submit a new form from scratch, with the correct data, from the option “Application for the new aid of 200 euros for individuals”. One of the most important points is to specify the contact telephone number “so that we can contact you in the event that any incident is detected in your request”.

“Keep in mind that an application cannot be canceled if the corresponding return has already been ordered,” it alerts.

If you do not agree with the resolution, if it is negative, you can file an appeal for replacement within a month “before the office from which the administrative act to appeal comes.”

As an alternative, you can opt for an economic-administrative claim “from the day following the notification of the challenged act or the day on which the previous procedure or appeal for reversal may be understood to have been dismissed.” It will be against the administrative body that has issued the act.
