The news of the new maternity of Ana García Obregón by surrogacy jumped late on Tuesday, after the advance of the cover of Hello! In it you could see the actress leaving the hospital in a wheelchair and with her daughter in her arms. A piece of news that has caught everyone by surprise and to which Ana Rosa Quintana wanted to dedicate the first minutes of her program this Wednesday.

In fact, the Telecinco presenter not only made it clear that she understands the reasons why Obregón would have embarked on this second maternity, but also defended how. That is, surrogacy, a legal process in the United States, but not in our country.

“Surprise with which we woke up this morning,” Informativos Telecinco advanced before giving way to Ana Rosa Quintana at 8:55 am. In fact, the presenter was already advancing what would come next. “Well, indeed, in this program we will deal with this issue that all of Spain is talking about everywhere,” she assured.

Shortly after, and after the summary, the journalist gave way to Pepe del Real to give various notes regarding the publication of Hello! and his exclusive on Ana Obregón’s new motherhood. “It is without a doubt the news of the day”, stated Quintana already seated at the political table, “all the newspapers have changed the front pages in the digital media, due to being surprising, unknown and controversial”.

Regarding the controversy that this issue has been able to raise, Ana Rosa expressed her opinion about it and understood the reasons that have led Obregón to become a mother. “We all understand”, she began by saying, “Ana has suffered all the worst that a mother can suffer, and Lequio too, which is losing a child, and well, he has opted for a new maternity”.

To which Fernando Garea, a talk show host on the program, interrupted Quintana with a blunt “for buying a child. I call this buying a child, in addition to the fact that he is 68 years old. But I don’t care about him, even if he was twenty. Ana Obregón has bought a child. It is a terrible example, it is something that escapes any moral circumstance and what I think is not to romanticize it”.
