El Hormiguero ended the week with a panel discussion in which Cristina Pardo, Tamara Falcó, Nuria Roca, Juan del Val and Pablo Motos spoke openly about current events. The initial theme was more than clear: Ana Obregón’s surrogate motherhood.
Ana Obregón’s maternity at 68 years of age by surrogacy has become the current issue and there are many different opinions about her case specifically and in general. For her part, Tamara Falcó has been very clear in the Antena 3 program.
“What Ana has experienced is horrible. I’m not a mother, so I can’t imagine how terribly alone she might have felt, from what I can come to understand why she would do something like that. What is clear is that she didn’t I judge”, has started saying Tamara Falcó.
“There is a moral dilemma because in this case there are ovules that are discarded, others are frozen or used for experimentation and I do not share that. As for whether it is older, just say that the important thing is that the creature is loved and in this case I think that there is no doubt”, commented the future wife of Íñigo Onieva.
“The church thinks that the soul is there from the moment of conception. And many times what is done with those fertilized ovules is to discard them, or give them for experimentation. That is where the moral dilemma arises for me,” Falcó added. .
