After many years in the acting world, Paco León knows well what it is to rub shoulders with Hollywood stars. If in Arde Madrid he directed Debi Mazar in the role of Ava Gardner, the Sevillian actor also shares friendships with a large number of international stars.
We knew that he had coincided with Nicolas Cage and Pedro Pascal by sharing the cast in the new film The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, an action comedy directed by Tom Gormican, but the last publication in León’s networks show that between him and Pascal, known for his roles in The Last of Us or Game of Thrones, a close friendship has been forged.
“The drawing is shit because of the intention…”, León has written on his social networks to congratulate the 48th birthday of the actor Pedro Pascal. “Happy birthday Pedro”, he added in the same publication. In another image that he has shared on the occasion of Pascal’s birthday, the Spanish actor has congratulated him on the anniversary, this time in English and with another image from his gallery that surely documents a plan by the actors together.
In the wacky action comedy The Unbearable Weight of a Mammoth Talent, Nicolas Cage plays himself. The fictional version of Cage is a penniless actor who is forced to accept a million-dollar offer to attend the birthday of an eccentric billionaire superfan, Pedro Pascal.
But things take a turn for the worse when Cage is recruited by a CIA agent (Tiffany Haddish) and forced to live up to his own legend to save himself and those he loves. In the film, Paco León plays Lucas Gutiérrez, a dangerous gangster and arms dealer, and cousin of Pascal’s character in fiction.
