The Mossos d’Esquadra have arrested a second man for the violent death with a knife of a person in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) at dawn on April 2.
The Mossos d’Esquadra have confirmed this Thursday the arrest of this second suspect, after last Sunday they already announced the arrest of another person for this crime.
The events occurred at around 04:45 hours at the Mercat Nou station on Metro Line 1, in Barcelona, ​​which is the next to Santa Eulà lia, belonging to l’Hospitalet de Llobregat.
At that time, the emergency services were alerted that there was a person injured by a knife in the subway. Members of the Sistema d’Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) went to the scene, but could not do anything to save his life.
Once at that station, according to the same sources, the police were alerted to the presence of another injured person at the Santa Eulà lia station, which is where investigators suspect a fight took place that led to the death of the young man found in Mercat Nou.
At the Santa Eulà lia station, the agents found a young man, who was taken by the SEM to the hospital, and a third young man with him, who was arrested.
