In less than three months, Tamara Falcó will say “yes, I want” to Íñigo Onieva. The couple will finally see their dream of getting married come true after the high-profile media breakup that they staged last September when the businessman’s infidelity to his then newly fiancée was revealed.

After giving themselves a second chance last Christmas, the couple announced their wedding for July 8 in El Rincón, a very special place for the Marquise de Griñón. Tamara has confirmed that Sophie et Voilà will be the firm that will design her long-awaited wedding dress (or dresses).

Isabel Preysler’s daughter did not want to reveal any details of the design, she has only shown some sketches that inspired her to make the most special piece and that her mother, at first, did not quite understand the concept.

But Tamara could have given some clue as to what her dress will be like at the party she held a couple of years ago to celebrate her 40th birthday. The marquise wanted to celebrate the entrance to the new decade with a spectacular event where she surprised with a beautiful bridal-inspired design by Jan Taminiau.

Falcó was radiant in a haute couture creation with a fitted bodice, structured short sleeves and a plunging v-neckline. But the most striking touch was in the skirt, full of small tulle ruffles that added volume to the piece.

This type of dress, cut at the waist to stylize the silhouette and a full skirt, could be the one that the Marquise de Griñón would have chosen for her big day. In fact, ten years ago, Tamara posed as a wedding dress for Aire Barcelona with a similar white dress, with a marked waist and a romantic skirt with a lot of volume.
