Tonight the broadcast of the special Ana will take place, dedicated to Ana Obregón and the birth of her daughter Ana Sandra Lequio, on Telecinco. The program will have a series of experts in social chronicle who have followed the television track over the last few weeks, in addition to offering exclusive images of Obregón.

Ana is a historic decision for the Mediaset chain, which raises the Deluxe to offer it on Friday night. But, in addition, it implies the return to the screens of all Spain of a historic presenter of Telecinco: Santi Acosta.

The Madrid journalist was the visible face of Salsa Rosa, one of the most relevant gossip programs in the 2000s, and which aired on Telecinco between 2002 and 2006. A season later, he repeated the formula on the same channel, but with a new name and image: Saturday Dolce Vita, canceled in 2007.

Acosta’s most recent adventures in Mediaset date back to the beginning of the last decade. In 2010, he took charge of the social chronicle program Intimate Enemies, which was canceled at the end of 2011. And a year later, 2012, he did the same with Reserved Matter, with a similar theme, for one more season.

Although the presenter has become especially known for his programs on Telecinco, the truth is that Santi Acosta has been one of the great stars of Telemadrid. There he has presented and directed a multitude of spaces, both before his journey at Mediaset, and after it.

The big difference is that the Madrid regional programs in which he has participated are mainly informative, without any relationship with the heart. Among them are direct Madrid; Good morning, Madrid; or the informative space Ruta 179, dedicated to getting to know different towns in the Community of Madrid.
