Camilo Blanes (39 years old), son of Camilo Sesto, has used social networks to share two photographs that have caught the attention of his followers and raised concern about his state of health. He also known as CamilÃn, after several months of inactivity online, wrote “Here, in the king’s house” as a comment on the images.
CamilÃn’s appearance in the photos is different from what his followers are used to and has caused concern among them. Some of the comments that can be found in the publication are: “You are unrecognizable, Camilo. You have everything to succeed, do not let yourself die”, “ask for help, do not end your father’s fortune having great potential and focus on the best way. How sad!” and “I pray for you, Camilo, ask for help. You are a good boy and all of Spain loves you. Go see a doctor, he will help you and you will learn to enjoy life. Cheer up, you can do it.”
The last time Blanes was heard from was in June 2022, when he shared his last post on social media. However, in September it was reported that the SUMMA medical team had to go to his house to assist him. According to some information, Camilo had been celebrating his birthday at his residence in Torrelodones for several days.
This news caused concern among his followers, and his mother, Lourdes Ornelas, had to come out in defense of her son, explaining that he was “recovering satisfactorily.” History repeats itself, since it is not the first time that Camilo Sesto’s son shares his critical state of health on social networks.
Last year the worrying state of health of Blanes was already warned. In fact, he was admitted to a hospital urgently, but not many details were given about it. So, Camilo couldn’t enter the hospital on his own, and his mother and his friends had to help him walk.
In recent years, CamilÃn’s situation has been the subject of great concern, since he has been suffering from serious addiction problems. This situation becomes even more alarming if one considers that Camilo is the son of the famous singer-songwriter Camilo Sesto, who died in 2019.
