The investigation has identified the man who was left fatally wounded last Sunday morning in the emergency room of the Trueta hospital in Girona.
According to sources close to the case, the victim is of Albanian origin. As reported by the Mossos d’Esquadra in a statement, around half past eight in the morning they received a notice from the medical services of the city’s hospital center reporting the death of a patient.
Around seven in the morning, a person driving a car left the victim, already in cardiorespiratory arrest, at the emergency entrance. Health professionals performed resuscitation tasks without success.
