The actor Ramiro Oliveros, who participated in films such as El swamp of the crows, Nude therapy or The girl in the yellow pajamas, has died this Thursday in Madrid at the age of 82, as reported by the Film Academy.
Oliveros, one of the leading men of the 1970s and 1980s due to his resounding physique and his deep and personal voice, was married for almost 40 years to the copla singer Concha Márquez Piquer, whose manager he was, until his death in 2021. .
He was born in Madrid on March 13, 1941 and trained in London, Paris and Frankfurt, where he formed a theater group and directed his first play at the Casa de España in the city, La venganza de la Petra (1963).
He returned to Madrid in 1965 and graduated as ATS (sanitary technical assistant), working in a hospital at the same time that he founded an independent theater group, called Nasto, and published a book of essays, La fiesta teatral.
In 1970, he premiered his work Abderramán y Cleopatra in Madrid and Paris, and made his version of La vida es sueño entitled Proceso a Segismundo, for which he received the award for direction and interpretation at the Palermo Festival (Italy).
At that time, TVE proposed her to act in the dramatic space Hora 11, where she participated in more than a dozen plays as the protagonist, such as Una mujer inimportante, El abanico de Lady Windermere or La falso amante.
In theater he also stood out, as an actor and director, with the play El juego de uno, and as a leading actor in El pupilo quiere ser tutor, Los gigantes de la montaña, Los muertos, El gran teatro del mundo, El dÃa que me quieras o The golden ribbon
His last role in the theater was in 2000, Don Juan Tenorio, together with Juan Carlos Naya in the Spanish Theater.

Oliveros was married three times, but it was his third wife, Concha Márquez Piquer, whom he considered the love of his life and with whom he had his daughter Iris.
