The ninth gala of Survivors 2023 came with a drastic decision by the organization after some very serious events that occurred on pelican beach. It is about the strong argument between Yaiza and Asraf, in which Ginés’s girlfriend behaves so violently and aggressively towards Isa Pantoja’s boyfriend that she ends up uttering serious insults and threats.
Such is the situation that occurred hours before, after viewing the images recorded by one of the cameras, the program decided to expel Yaiza in a disciplinary manner. A lesson that takes him directly to the Playa de los Olvidados and that annulled his weekly expulsion from it.
“Given the seriousness of the insults and threats made by Yaiza against Asraf, which the program cameraman was able to hear perfectly, and given the contestant’s repeated violent attitude, Survivors 2023 has decided to immediately expel the contestant. Take your jacket and leave the Palapa â€, Jorge Javier Vázquez told the contestant after the violent attitude shown with another partner.
A drastic decision on the part of the organization of the reality show that left “the weekly expulsion without effect.” That is to say, Asraf and Ginés were saved and would not have to submit to the verdict of the spectators.
In order to understand what happened during the gala, the program wanted to provide background information to the audience and recount the harsh confrontation that Yaiza and Asraf had on Pelican Beach, which led to Ginés’s girlfriend ending up uttering very serious insults and threats against Isa Pantoja’s partner. .
According to the presenter, everything happened when the night before Asraf got up to take care of the fire and approached the area where Yaiza, Ginés, Diego and Raquel Arias were. For a few minutes, the cameraman who was supposed to record had to leave to change the batteries, but when he returned he began to hear loud screams and insults. A situation that ceased as soon as the worker returned to the scene.
“Under no circumstances can you cross the line and it seems that this has been the case, we have a lot to talk about and you will all have the opportunity to explain yourselves,” Jorge Javier intoned when he received the contestants at the Palapa.
“I want absolute sincerity, I’m going to ask you one question: ‘What happened at night when the cameraman had to leave while Asraf took care of the fire,'” the presenter asked. One by one those involved were giving their version of the facts, but neither Diego nor Raquel seemed to have heard anything so serious. “I don’t know how to tell you what happened,” said Diego. For his part, Ginés assured that he had not been present in the dispute, only when the screams began and he did not hesitate to call Asraf a “clown”.
Now came the turn of explanations by the protagonists. “He was going to the latrine with Adara and went to look at the fire, at which point Yaiza tells him: ‘Come on, Tarzan. Now there are no cameras, fagot, we are going to see our faces outside. I laughed at the situation and left,” Asraf explained. But Yaiza denied it: “It’s all in his head with dots and accents.”
While Yaiza stressed that at no time did he call her a “faggot” but rather a “puppet”, Asraf did not believe his version of events and even momentarily left the Palapa. “I’m freaking out with what you’re counting on,” released Isa Pantoja’s boyfriend. Then, it was the turn of the images. Because the cameraman did manage to record part of that monumental anger.
Despite the fact that the cameraman was absent to change the batteries, he did manage to record several key events. On the one hand, the insult referred to by Asraf, the “faggotâ€, and, on the other, how Ginés alerts Yaiza to shut up “that the camera is already thereâ€.
Faced with the monumental catch, Asraf asked Diego and Raquel to tell the truth of the facts, but the contestants decided not to get involved in what happened. “I’m not going to talk,” says Raquel. “I’m not going to say that it’s a lie, but I neither click nor cut,” Diego assured.
This led Jorge Javier to make an important reflection on the matter: “If I am on the street and a person humiliates me, the least I ask of the witnesses is that they step forward and tell the truth. Because if not, this society makes no sense. If we are not supportive and if we do not support the weak at that moment, what is the point of living in society?
