One, two, three… answer again. The legendary television show will return to the screens in a single gala on Twitch, the live broadcast platform. This special program will be broadcast on the channel of content creator David Cánovas, better known online as TheGrefg, and it will be directed by Alejandro Ibáñez Nauta, son of Chicho Ibáñez Serrador, the visible director of the program.
The program will maintain the original format with three stages, combining questions and answers, physical tests and the final auction. In this edition of the program, its emblematic characters such as the hostesses will also be present, although in this case there will also be hostesses; the stingy, recently arrived from Stingy of the All; and Ruperta the pumpkin, the one in charge of singing the tune of the program.
The auction phase will also feature musical, magic, comedy and dance performances, as well as star appearances by digital celebrities, familiar faces from the contest’s classic stage and many more surprises.
According to TheGrefg, “this program is going to cause a very cool generational union”. “You are going to want to see it, your parents are going to want to see it too… it is a huge responsibility because we are not bringing any program or anything that has been done. We are bringing something historical, something mythical,” explained the creator.
The event has the approval of Luis Larrodera, who was the last presenter of the program until its closure in 2004. The television station has assured that this reissue “is going to be a success” that will bring the format closer to “those generations that did not have the opportunity to enjoy ‘Un, dos, tres’ on TV”. He also recalled that this will be the first time in his 51 years that it will be performed live and not recorded, as was done in the original format.
At the moment, the date on which the program will be broadcast has not been announced, as the new directors have explained, this information will be revealed in an upcoming presentation on TheGrefg channel. On the same occasion, the contestants and other characters who will participate in the program will also be announced. At the moment it has not been announced who will be a still unknown co-host.
TheGrefg has more than 17.9 million subscribers on YouTube. While also having the fourth most followed Twitch channel, with over 11.2 million. He appeared in the Guinness Records for the most concurrent viewers on a Twitch stream, peaking at 2.5 million concurrent viewers during the live unveiling of his own Fortnite skin.
