Three minors have been transferred to the Ribera Juan Cardona de Ferrol Hospital, around 0.40 this Sunday, after the platform of a fairground attraction collapsed where they were at the patron saint festivities of O Alto do Castaño, in Narón (A Coruña).

For reasons that are being investigated, said platform, on which fifteen people were traveling at the time of the incident, around 12:30 a.m., collapsed when it was halfway up its route, after breaking the two axes on which it was attached.

After rushing onto the base, the travelers have been evacuated in an orderly manner, some of them, due to their age, have begun to cry, agents of the Local Police of Narón, National Police of the Ferrol police station immediately appearing in the area -Narón, professionals from the Narón Protection, Fire Fighting and Rescue Service (SPEIS), as well as members of the Narón Civil Protection, since they are all part of the emergency device launched by the Narón City Council for these holidays .

All of them have been taken to the field hospital that is installed in the area, most of them being discharged there, three of them being transferred to the private health center in the Caranza neighborhood.

After an hour, around 2:00 a.m., the three have been discharged, two of them with minor injuries to their upper extremities and another without locating any injuries.
