The well-known influencer Rocío Osorno has starred in a controversy on the networks for the image rights of an outfit that she wore at the April Fair, whose design had been the work of Jorge Sánchez.

The well-known designer helped Osorno by giving him one of his designs for free and then asked him for the images of the influencer in the suit, with the idea of being able to generate his own content. However, the model refused, thus causing a public crossover of accusations through Instagram.

First, Jorge Sánchez explained the case in an Instagram story: “When a collaboration is made at the last minute and unexpectedly, the minimum is to send the photographic material and thank for said collaboration,” he wrote in a clear dart to Osorno’s attitude, Assuring that the model had offered her as an alternative to capture her own publications.

“I have never needed collaborations to have growth in networks. It is well-born to be grateful,” reads the message published by Sánchez on his official Instagram account.

To respond, Rocío Osorno has also used her Instagram stories. “You invent the conditions of the collaborations demanding more than Louis Vuitton or Chanel. When I work with a brand first of all, they pay me. And the material is for me, ”she published in a direct allusion to Sánchez’s criticism.

In the same way that Sánchez reproached her for having worn one of her designs without having paid, Rocío Osorno has turned the argument around by pointing out that she should have been paid for disseminating that model.

“I would like to know what I gain with your transfer and what lack of my humility when I am the most grateful person in the world. We made the perfect content and we tagged your profile”, Osorno has settled after starring in a public exchange of reproaches that will not help to improve the image of neither of them.
