The investigating court number 4 of Sabadell (Barcelona) has issued a restraining order and solitary confinement by any means with the complainants for the soccer coach arrested for six alleged crimes of sexual assault on minors committed between 2021 and 2022 in a sports club in Santa Perpetua of Mogoda.
The 28-year-old detainee has been brought before the courts this Saturday and once his statement and that of the complainants have been made, the case has been opened for sexual assault on minors, reports the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) in a statement .
The six complaints will accumulate in the procedure opened for a complaint filed this April for events last December.
The precautionary control measures agreed this Saturday regarding the six new complaints are added to those that were already in force, which are, in addition to the removal and isolation of the initial complainant of this procedure, the withdrawal of passport, the prohibition of leaving the country and special disqualification for any activity, paid or not, that involves contact with minors.
The Mossos d’Esquadra arrested him on the first occasion in January after receiving a complaint, and they did so again on April 17 upon learning of a second complaint. The sports club has separated him from his duties and the Catalan police are investigating more cases.
