On May 26, 27 and 28, the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya will host a new edition of All Those Food Market, an unmissable event for lovers of good food and local crafts that will be held for the first time over three days and that has the support of the Comer channel of La Vanguardia.

As a novelty, on this occasion the gastronomic festival will start on Friday morning with the first professional day of All Those Pro, a space that aims to become a meeting place and exchange of synergies between restaurateurs and professionals in the sector in which there will be from talks or wine tastings to other types of activities. The chefs Xavier Pellicer, Stefano Colombo (Xemei and Bar Brutal), and Buster Turner (Rooftop Smokehouse) will be the protagonists of the meeting, who will discuss ‘Awareness in Gastronomy’. In addition, natural wines will also mark the day, by the hand of Cuvée 3000.

The spring edition of All Those Food Market will open its doors on Friday at noon to the general public, with a varied offer of street food in which there will be no shortage of Detroit-style sourdough pizzas, Xavier Pellicer dishes

In addition, in order to offer a better experience to the public, Uber Eats will be present with Uber Live, a new service that will be offered for the first time in Barcelona and that will allow you to order food without having to queue.

Garage Beer or Caravelle will present the craft beer, Syra Coffee the specialty coffee and Alpro the vegetable drinks, which will accompany other projects present in this edition such as the extra virgin olive oils from Solo aceite, the vegan pastry from Casa Lupita or the spices organic from Specials.

The festival will also have the rest of the essentials to dress a table, such as the local ceramics from Blanc Cerámicos or the classic Pallarès Solsona knives. In addition, all attendees will raffle a trip for two to Zurich, a hidden gem in the heart of Europe, a natural, innovative destination that combines gastronomy and design with unexpected ease. The gastronomic workshops will be one of the essentials of this new edition, in which Sal Maldon will once again act as the common thread and will show the versatility of salt. Mellow Sheng will teach how to make Taiwanese ferments with spring flavors, chef Lluvia Caron will show the process of preparing a plant-based pasta and the Kilo bread team will give a workshop on the fascinating world of sourdough.

As a novelty, Mango Home will pay homage to Mediterranean culture with a proposal for sustainable workshops focused on table decoration.

The little ones will also be able to enjoy workshops designed to bring them closer to gastronomy in an educational and horny way. From the hand of Arrels i Brots they will enter the universe of urban horticulture, learning to plant strawberries, sunflowers and cherry tomatoes, and with Cheeses from Switzerland which, in addition to offering the now classic cheese tasting in gardens, will learn how to make a cheese flower with the mythical girolle.
