Succession has turned out to be one of the best television series in recent years. The story of the Roy family and their tribulations for inheriting the great audiovisual media conglomerate closed on May 28, with a final episode that has received excellent reviews from all corners of the world. Many are the members of the team who saw the last episode for the first time last Sunday. That is the case of Sarah Snook, who also did it in very good company.
The actress who plays Siobhan ‘Shiv’ Roy revealed on her Instagram account that she had given birth to her first child in line with the end of the series. Mother and son appear in a photograph posted on Instagram, where Snook is also seen watching the latest episode of Succession. A coincidence to which the interpreter has referred in the message accompanying the image, in addition to thanking her for her participation in the production.
The Australian took advantage of her farewell message to the series to praise everything related to the project: “Having been blessed to join this crazy series adventure will be one of the highlights of my career, which will undoubtedly be difficult to overcome â€, he commented in the post. The actress also takes the opportunity to emphasize how she will miss all the good and bad moments lived on the set.
“I have seen the last episode of the last season of something that has changed my life. And now, my life has changed again. Thanks for all the love and support.” In this way, Snook has closed the publication, right next to the image where part of his baby’s head can be seen. Both with the screen in front, previewing the latest episode of Succession through the Australian streaming platform Binge.
This is the first child for Sarah Snook with her partner, comedian Dave Lawson. Both were photographed on the blue carpet during the premiere of the final season of the series, back in March. There, the interpreter of Shiv confessed that her character and her brothers should not be an example of a family to follow at all: “I don’t know if the Roy family is a model of family values… I don’t think we should put them as a guide for anything â€.
Although Succession has already reached its end, Snook will continue to appear on our screens throughout it. On June 28, Netflix premieres the film Run Rabbit Run, presented at the Sundance Festival in January; while on July 21 he will appear in another film titled The Beanie Bubble. On the other hand, she has also demonstrated her skills as a voice actress in the Hulu animated series Koala Man, where she voices one of the protagonists.
