One of the differentiating characteristics of Clà ssicAnd is that part of the performances will take place outdoors, in order to give visibility to emblematic outdoor spaces in the country –such as, for example, the Radio Andorra gardens or the Plaza del Consell General– and add value added to the show.
The acts are divided between Andorra la Vella and Ordino, which have joined efforts to unify the different classical music proposals that already existed in a single festival.
Ticket prices range between 30 and 80 euros depending on each show, and there will also be performances open to the public with free admission.
In addition, Classicand will have the presence of the national artists Jove CompañÃa de Danza de Andorra (Jo Dansa) and MÃriam Manubens. The Lauredian pianist will offer a recital on Sunday, June 4 at 4:00 p.m., in the parish church of Ordino, with pieces by Debussy, Granados and Chopin, with free access. For his part, on Sunday June 11, Jo Dansa will present a tasting of the show “La Jove Revolució” in two sessions: at the intersection of Meritxell avenue (12 noon) and Riberaygua avenue (5 pm), in Andorra la Vella . Free access on foot.
