The Emergency Coordination Center of the Generalitat 112 CV has extended the yellow alert for the risk of rain and storms throughout the interior of the Valencian Community for this Sunday and in the interior of Castellón and Valencia this Monday.

The yellow level risks do not activate the pre-emergency, since the danger is low, although the assets and the vulnerable population or in areas exposed to adverse meteorological phenomena may suffer some impacts, as reported by the 112 CV in a meteorological risk bulletin shared through their social networks.

For its part, the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) also maintains the yellow warning for rain that will accumulate up to 20mm in one hour and storms with probable hail for this Sunday and Monday in the interior of the entire Valencian Community.

In fact, there have already been rains this Sunday that have affected inland areas of the Valencian Community, reaching 18.8 liters per square meter in one hour in Lucena del Cid; 15.4 liters per square meter in Chelva; 14.2 l/m2 in Alcora; 11.8 l/m2 in Wave; 5.2 in Alcudia de Veo; 5 l/m2 in Alcoi; or 3.8 l/m2 in Morella.
