MasterChef 11 returned this Monday to TVE’s La 1 with a new installment, the visit of the winner of the third edition, Carlos Maldonado and the expulsion of Jorge Juan, the applicant who in previous broadcasts had called Jordi Cruz a “liar”. Let’s remember that that scuffle was widely commented on due to the tension it generated in the program.

Well, in last night’s delivery, the firefighter ended his adventures in the MasterChef kitchens after preparing a lousy dish that caused gagging during the tasting. So much so that the jury’s assessment was devastating with a “terrifying” as a qualification to the last cooked of him.

Ana, Jotha, Álex and Jorge Juan ended up putting on the black apron when they fell in the tie. In fact, Jorge Juan couldn’t even cook as he ran out of basic ingredients due to the theft of other MasterChef applicants. Therefore, the firefighter has already started this latest installment on a tightrope.

But worse, when he had to replicate a dish from the chef and winner of MasterChef 3, Carlos Maldonado, he did not know how to do it either. So much so that the applicant improvised a flourless fritter, an ingredient that he forgot to take from the market, which ended up in an inedible dish. That recreation “was not good,” Maldonado made it clear.

The bad assessment did not stop there, the jury also had some harsh words for Jorge Juan’s dish. “It’s terrifying,” Jordi Cruz released him. And the rest of the saved companions were invited to come down from the stands to taste the firefighter’s dish.

The first to try it was Luca, who made a feint of gagging. He was not the only one, the same thing happened to Lluís: his face of anguish and wanting to vomit said it all. A bad drink that he tried to save by assuring that the hake looked like it had a good point. A statement that made Jordi Cruz laugh.

For his part, Jorge Juan assumed his disastrous creation: “I see that it has not made them a bit funny. One is about to vomit, another does not know whether to swallow or die. Before leaving and once chosen as expelled, the firefighter acknowledged his mistakes with “we have endured as long as we could”, but also feeling “super proud” and “very happy” with this experience.

Although “I have enjoyed it as a small child, I couldn’t give the mancheguete more. You’ve tried, but this program demands a lot. It has been impressive ”, he assured after saying goodbye to the kitchens of MasterChef 11.
