The Ministry of the Interior has accepted the registration of a new party, called “Juntas sà se puede”, whose official headquarters is the same as that of Podemos, but which has been due, according to this formation, to “an error that is being corrected “.
In the official register of political parties of the Ministry of the Interior, as of today, June 8, there is an inscription of the political formation “Juntas sà se puede”, with headquarters at Calle Francisco Villaespesa 18, in Madrid, where the purple formation.
Podemos sources have assured that they have sent a letter to the Ministry of the Interior to request that the registration of this new party be immediately annulled, in which Carlos Gil Cuevas, provincial co-spokesman of Podemos in Segovia, appears as legal representative.
One possible explanation is that this militant, at his own risk and without consulting the management, has registered the name of this new political formation.
The web page that appears in the registration document refers to the same official page of Podemos, with current political information and in which its main leaders appear, such as the party’s general secretary, Ione Belarra.
Since this formation, they have not confirmed that it is a question of registering another brand or “instrumental party” in case the electoral coalition that is negotiating with the Sumar platform, of the Minister of Labor, Yolanda DÃaz, does not go ahead to contest the general elections of the July 23th.
